Please note that iNet X Connect is only intended to offer additional services for your devices connected to the iNet X System, such as (remote) control via app, the provision of updates or remote maintenance. For this purpose alone, iNet X Connect includes a permanently installed SIM card (eSIM) to enable remote control service*. We do not provide any services beyond this, particularly in the field of telecommunications. iNet X Connect is not a telecommunications service and we are not a provider of telecommunications services.<\/p>

*The remote control service cannot be used in Andorra, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Kazakhstan, Moldova, Ukraine, Turkey, Belarus or Russia. The service includes the provision of the digital infrastructure, remote control via the Truma Cloud, eSIM (eUICC) activation, assumption of costs for the use of the mobile network (including roaming) as well as further development and maintenance to fulfil cybersecurity requirements. To use the service, a mobile phone connection is required both on the iNet X Connect and on the end device with the iNet X App.<\/p>
